Bigbrosworkshop can trace its early beginnings to 2004, when its founder Si Juan sought to break new ground in the blossoming Malaysian design scene with the forming of his very own design studio. BBW's early portfolio included commissioned work for local clients as well as a collection of designer products such as T-shirts and memorabilia and a product catalogue that featured various designer merchandise. The product catalogue, which would later become known as Territory Magazine, soon evolved into a more comprehensive publication, showcasing the work of designers from the region and around the world besides promoting various design trends and initiatives.Today, BBW serves as an avenue for promoting creative talent with the aim of creating greater awareness and appreciation of the creative industry. BBW does this by acting as publicist and talent manager for various artists in an effort to bring their talent and work to a wider audience.
